RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Condition of returned product The product must be in its original condition, unused and without signs of wear, with all accessories and original packaging, and without having been customized or modified.

3. How to initiate a return Send an email to support@morbano.com with the subject "Return – Order No.", indicate the reason, and we will respond within 24–48 hours with shipping instructions.

4. Return costs The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case Morbano will assume the full cost.

5. Refund Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at support@morbano.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
