SHIPPING POLICY
1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders to Spain and the rest of the world, with no minimum purchase.
2. Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time:
- Peninsular Spain: 5 to 10 business days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7 to 14 business days
These times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, holidays, etc.).
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status at all times.
4. Delivery Delays If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@morbano.com and we will handle it as soon as possible.
5. Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. Morbano is not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Customs and Taxes For shipments within the EU, prices include applicable taxes. In exceptional cases, customs authorities may apply additional fees which would be the customer's responsibility.
